This is one of the famous stall in Chinatown. Quite a lot of media that contains about his stall. Now, going to the food. The Cheese Sausages isn't salty. I don't know what cheese is used because not salted and not gooey like mozzarella cheese, but they have a smooth textures and the taste is quite good too.
